🔍 When is it ripe?
Golden-orange colour all over; red blush is fine but green means unripe. Gives slightly under thumb pressure and separates cleanly from the pit. Sweet, floral aroma. Short window — harvest daily once they start colouring.
Apricot trees. Overhang sidewalk and parking lot. Property owner cut down branches that are in reach, but does not clean up fallen fruit in public right of ways on parking lot and sidewalk.
