🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep red (or gold/yellow for golden varieties) and slides off the receptacle — the hollow centre is the tell. Does not pull: a ripe raspberry separates at a touch. Extremely fragile; use within hours of picking.
Framboisier poussant a cheval entre un mur et la rue. Tres bons fruits. Se trouve entre la pharmacie et l'arret de bus borniavat. A proximité vous trouverez aussi des vignes qui passent par dessus le mur, tres bons fruits egalement.
