🔍 When is it ripe?
Dark red (or yellow for golden varieties) with a glossy skin. Stem stays green and pliable. Flesh is firm but yields to pressure; taste is sweet with no bitterness. Harvest promptly — birds follow the same cues.
A full range of sweet cherry trees (merisiers).
They are mine, but I don't eat all the fruits they produce! Welcome to take as much as you need (no waste please)
