🔍 When is it ripe?
Small, red to purple when ripe. Tart flavour; best for jelly or preserves. Harvests well as it begins to soften and colour fully.
Not ripe yet so have not yet asked for permission. Parking lot of corporate building so not sure. No one has bothered me when investigating and checking for ripeness so far.
