Ramps (Wild Leeks) in great abundance along both sides of road, about 30 feet into woods. Much at this marked spot and for the next half mile west on this road (Bush Hill State Forest road) towards Harwood Lake. Probably even more than we saw. Large green patches of Leeks in several places. These are out during April til mid May. Sustainable harvest by picking leaves only (they have great flavor) and leaving the small bulb and at least one unpicked leaf per stalk.
