🔍 When is it ripe?
Uniformly yellow skin; heavy for its size. Can stay on the tree for months once yellow. Scratch the skin — a strong lemon scent confirms ripeness.
LOTS of ripe lemons (several bushels). In the driveway of the parking lot for the Los Angeles Salad Co. Be polite and ask inside it it's okay to pick the lemons.
