🔍 When is it ripe?
Dark red (or yellow for golden varieties) with a glossy skin. Stem stays green and pliable. Flesh is firm but yields to pressure; taste is sweet with no bitterness. Harvest promptly — birds follow the same cues.
sweet but smaller than the one's in the shop or the market, ecologically grown, it fruits very quickly at the beginning of June and become ripe right away
