jerusalem sage. Really delicious in that it's minty and refreshing - the leaves. Tastes way better than a regular sage, but the leaf is tougher. Has yellow flowers. Admin warning: "Jerusalem sage" with yellow flowers suggests the plant is Phlomis fruticosa, which is not edible, rather than the culinary herb Salvia hierosolymitana (with pink flowers) which goes by the same name.
