🔍 When is it ripe?
Skin turns from green to fully yellow; brown flecks ('sugar spots') signal peak sweetness. Harvest when yellow but firm; ripen at room temperature. Do not refrigerate unripe — turns skin black without ripening flesh.
2 groupings of banana trees in the back corner of the lot. This is probably not public land but I just walked right up without any problems.
