🔍 When is it ripe?
Classic Bartlett: skin turns yellow-green from green. Harvest when the neck near the stem gives to light pressure. Ripens off the tree in 4–7 days at room temperature.
Large tree, looked healthy, lots of fruit on the ground, no one seems to be picking from this tree. I first saw it September 4th, 2021. It’s across street 241 from Mimosas the brunch place.
