🔍 When is it ripe?
Small apples ripen from green to red, yellow, or orange by variety. Very tart raw but excellent for jelly and cider. Ripe when the colour is fully developed and the fruit lifts off with a gentle twist.
Produces semi large crab apples. No idea what kind of apples. Some branches overhang into park. Apples have a pink flesh as of July 1st 2022.
