🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep red (or gold/yellow for golden varieties) and slides off the receptacle — the hollow centre is the tell. Does not pull: a ripe raspberry separates at a touch. Extremely fragile; use within hours of picking.

In the back of the park in Bir-Hakem Square, there are edible plants that you can take for free (as long as you are reasonnable and leave some for others :D)
I know there's at least raspsberries, I'm not sure what else they planted :)
