🔍 When is it ripe?
Small, red to purple when ripe. Tart flavour; best for jelly or preserves. Harvests well as it begins to soften and colour fully.
One lone mexican plum in the park with low to medium blooms of fruit. Kids from the elementary school might have shook them down. Decent yeild.
