Bushkill Trail from Rt. 512 to Jacobsburg Park. Public walking / running / cycling 2 mile cinder path. Lots of Wild edibles, bordered by private lands. Snakes, turtles, frogs in Sober Run (creek) nearby. Deer, squirrel, raccoon, possum, ducks, geese, doves, etc.
Poke is best in the spring, before the red veination sets in the leaves. Search: "Poke salat"
