🔍 When is it ripe?
Fully black (not red or dark red) and comes off the stem with no resistance — zero pull. Dull rather than shiny; a shiny black berry is still slightly underripe and tart. Eat the same day for best flavour.
On empty lot with For Sale sign. Reachable from sidewalk. More available with more work. 7.12.13, early in season, but some can be picked (reason for 'not great' yield rating). Coming back in 2 weeks.
