🔍 When is it ripe?
Golden-orange colour all over; red blush is fine but green means unripe. Gives slightly under thumb pressure and separates cleanly from the pit. Sweet, floral aroma. Short window — harvest daily once they start colouring.
Couple of apricot trees. They are technically in the ditch so they are on public land. But they may be the owners trees. However most were on the ground when I picked them and people didn't seem to care.
