🔍 When is it ripe?
Golden-orange colour all over; red blush is fine but green means unripe. Gives slightly under thumb pressure and separates cleanly from the pit. Sweet, floral aroma. Short window — harvest daily once they start colouring.
Apricot tree overhangs wall onto public sidewalk. Fruit are small because they are not thinned out. Can't yet comment on the quality because they're not yet ripe.
