🔍 When is it ripe?
Harvest leaves just before flowering for peak flavour. Cut stems back by a third regularly to encourage bushy growth. Flavour declines after flowering — cut flower spikes off to extend harvest.
Only 2 stalks that I could see in the area. I’ll leave it be so that it can spread and everyone can enjoy some mint :)
