🔍 When is it ripe?
Evergreen herb — harvest sprigs year-round. Young, bright green shoot tips have the most flavour. Harvest in the morning after dew dries. Flowers (blue-purple) appear spring through early summer and are edible as a garnish.
The entire parking lot is planted with established prostrate Rosemary. If you aren't a patient, I would ask if it's okay to take some. This is a functioning medical facility so be respectful. Don't bother trying to park there during business hours, park on a side street, as there are never any spots and it's impossible to get in and out easily.
