🔍 When is it ripe?
Evergreen herb — harvest sprigs year-round. Young, bright green shoot tips have the most flavour. Harvest in the morning after dew dries. Flowers (blue-purple) appear spring through early summer and are edible as a garnish.
Many large rosemary bushes growing at the edge of the Burger King / Pak n Save carparks. Handy to harvest when doing your grocery shop instead of buying it for $5 per tiny punnet at Pak n Save
