🔍 When is it ripe?
Deep red, sticky, wine-flavoured. Ripe when dark red and separates easily from the stem. Good raw or for making wine and jam.
Lots of wild Raspberries on the trails up to the lookout. Acres of them, lots of picking and a wonderful snack on the hike up to the top.
