🔍 When is it ripe?
Small apples ripen from green to red, yellow, or orange by variety. Very tart raw but excellent for jelly and cider. Ripe when the colour is fully developed and the fruit lifts off with a gentle twist.
Some tiny crabapple trees overhanging from fence somewhere around here i think, owner does not care if you pick them just dont disturb the dogs. Very sour and very tiny should be very good for jelly. Hard to pick bring some tools.
