Small variety of Carpobrotus, edible fruits after flowers wilt away. Edible succulent leaves - also known to be good for stings, bites, sunburn (use same way like Aloe Vera). Not too sure if the location is a front yard or nature's strip, lots of trees around. Best scope out first.
