🔍 When is it ripe?
Yellow skin, pink flesh. Ripe when fully yellow and very fragrant. Yields to gentle pressure. Soft spots indicate overripe.
The tree is on private property but drops fruit into a parking lot. 1" to 1.5" diameter yellow guavas with lighter yellow flesh and yellow seeds. The home owners are nice and gave me a bag of guavas (20 or so) from the yard.
