🔍 When is it ripe?
Clusters of cream-yellow flowers. Harvest just as they open. Classic linden/tilleul tea. Young leaves edible in spring.
Tall linden tree by the side of A730, on a grassy area, just after the railway and side road (Cleland Ln).
The tree is very old and has many low-hanging branches, excellent for harvesting flowers. Seen in flower mid-May.
