Japanese honeysuckle
π 29 Park Ave, Somerville, NJ 08876, USA
Honeysuckle bushes line this part of the greenway. Invasive species, so take what you want. They bloom in late spring.
To enjoy, pull the stem out from the bottom of the flower until a bead of nectar appears. You can also try making syrup by boiling the flowers with sugar, or add fresh blossoms to a salad.
