🔍 When is it ripe?
Grey-green skin stays the same colour regardless of ripeness — rely on feel and drop. Ripe when it falls naturally from the tree or gives to gentle squeeze. Interior jelly turns clear from white. Intensely aromatic, pineapple-guava flavour.
Multiple trees planted as part of Restore Ventura's Community Orchard. Community-maintained and free to the public, please don't pick more than you need. Trees have been in 2 years at time of posting and should be productive soon.
