🔍 When is it ripe?
Clusters of orange-yellow fruit; ripe when fully orange with no green, yields to gentle pressure, and comes off the stem with a slight tug. Very sweet and aromatic when right — mealy if overripe. Short shelf life after picking.
a few loquat trees. ask to pick, but the owner is nice and will for sure let you take some. there's also a fun swinging bench that the owner lets passersby use.
