🔍 When is it ripe?
Non-astringent types: eat when orange and firm. Astringent types: wait until very soft and wrinkled. Both fully orange when ripe.
Not sure what kind, but they've fruited in early fall the last couple years. Crop this year (2022) seems small, probably because of crazy heat and lack of rain.
