🔍 When is it ripe?
Dense clusters of vivid orange berries, intensely sour. Ripe when bright orange and yields to gentle pressure. High in vitamins C, E, and omega-7. Harvest by cutting entire branches and freezing, then shaking frozen berries loose.
Masses and masses of sea buckthorn here, starting here, and continuing south along the path on the top of the dunes. Tons of the stuff!
