🔍 When is it ripe?
Golden-orange colour all over; red blush is fine but green means unripe. Gives slightly under thumb pressure and separates cleanly from the pit. Sweet, floral aroma. Short window — harvest daily once they start colouring.
If you go straight up the hill from wymount terrace there are a couple of apricot trees between the fence and the apartment complex. Great yield! I called BYU housing and asked them if I could pick and they had no problem with it.
