You can find white mustard growing all over Jerusalem. On Brurya it grows in the cracks between the wall and the sidewalk. White mustard has yellow four-petaled flowers, and the seed pods are the length of the space from fingertip to first knuckle. Seedpods and leaves are arranged in a spiral around the stem -- imagine a staircase for tiny people. Leaves, seedpods, and flowers are edible.
