🔍 When is it ripe?
Bright orange-red berry clusters. Intensely bitter raw due to parasorbic acid — cook or freeze before eating. Excellent for rowan jelly (traditional with game). Ripe when fully orange-red and slightly soft.
The tree has yellow fruits, they falling on the ground as of now, the tree is tall but not too tall
