🔍 When is it ripe?
Dark red (or yellow for golden varieties) with a glossy skin. Stem stays green and pliable. Flesh is firm but yields to pressure; taste is sweet with no bitterness. Harvest promptly — birds follow the same cues.
Sweet Cherries next to the cycling track. Beware, in june the birds binge on them, better get them quickly.
Merises le long de la piste cyclable. Attention, en juin, les oiseaux se régalent, mieux vaut en profiter au plus tôt.
