🔍 When is it ripe?
Harvest when clusters turn from yellow to amber (rutab stage) and fruits soften. Dark, wrinkled dates (tamr stage) are fully cured on the tree or dried afterwards.
4-5 tall date palms along the Eldridge sidewalk of the potbelly’s.
