🔍 When is it ripe?
Small apples ripen from green to red, yellow, or orange by variety. Very tart raw but excellent for jelly and cider. Ripe when the colour is fully developed and the fruit lifts off with a gentle twist.
Sweet apples! Might not even be crab apples. Owner has posted the fruit for free removal on Kijiji. Check before you go- the gate has to be closed or the dog can escape.
