🔍 When is it ripe?
Bright red and detaches from the core plug with no resistance. Fragrant and very soft when ripe. Autumn-fruiting varieties produce a second flush in September–October.
Located in the little garden on the balcony of the castle café, there is a small patch with several raspberry plants, some red, some golden.
